The dimensions of the lodge are 40’ x 14’ making it a wonderfully spacious 2 bedroom lodge and allowing us to offer you 2 W.C. / showers, one en-suite to the master bedroom, the other with a full sized bath, as well as open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room areas.

The Lodge

The lodge is situated at the end of the Fell Side area and benefits from a double plot which allows a good space for a garden and parking for two cars.

The Lounge

The lounge looks out onto the extensive deck and over to the fells to the West. It has a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Entertainment is provided by the 32" LCD colour TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 and IPod dock with FM Radio and line in port for other MP3 players (3.5mm jack cable required). Prints of the Windermere area by local artist, Jeff Sudders provide decoration throughout the lodge.

Dining Area

The dining area has everything you need to seat four people in comfort and enjoys views of Wansfell Pike through the French doors at the end of the lounge

Kitchen

The fabulous spacious fitted kitchen will fulfill all of your holiday needs! It includes a gas hob & oven, a fridge with 3* freezer compartment, a microwave and a dishwasher. Also provided are a toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker with re-usable filter.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom has views over Applethwaite Common and has fitted wardrobes. We have added a king size bed for your added comfort. You can also enjoy the privacy of your own en-suite shower room and W.C. off the master bedroom

Bedroom 2

Balcony / Sun Deck

The extensive deck is a particular feature of Windermere Lodge. It is 16 feet from the lodge to the wall and over 17 feet wide. This means that you have an extra “room” in the warmer months.
