We send a brief questionnaire to every guest after their visit so that we can be sure that they have been happy with the accommodation and the services that we provided.
We feel that the results demonstrate very clearly our commitment to making sure that your holiday is excellent value for money.
Guests are asked to rate the questions on a scale of 1 to 5:
5 = Strongly Agree, 4 = Agree, 3 = Neutral 2 = Disagree 1 = Strongly Disagree
