Sometimes it’s easy to forget just just how lucky you are!
The Willow Foundation is a charity that was set up to provide special days for young people suffering from life threatening conditions.
These special days offer much needed time out, a chance to feel normal and to create happy memories.
We are proud to support this charity and in 2008 decided to contribute the proceeds from 12th - 19th December to the Willow Foundation.
We were able to send them a cheque for £300 and were happy to get the following message from Sandy Paxton
Dear John & Linda. Thank you so much for your letter and your extremely generous cheque for £300. It's so terriby kind of you to donate this to the Willow Foundation and I can guarantee that this substantial amount will go a long way to helping seriously ill young adults enjoy a "special day" with their friends and family"

Homes With Heart
In 2009 we decided to support Homes With Heart. Homes with Heart is a unique organisation , set up by a visionary lady called Jane Palisser to provide an easy way for holiday home owners to help families suffering from a life-limiting illness have a holiday. On behalf of all those who have stayed with us this year we donated a week at Christmas. Thank you so much to all of our guests who made this small gesture possible!
